Wine tasting
Located at the southernmost of the Rully 1er Cru appellation near Rully 1er Cru "Grésigny", our vine of Margotés which ripens rather late, offers us this year a wine of a great aromatic purity. We have the impression that the effects of the heat linked to the heatwaves that we experience more frequently did not take
hold on the vines, nor its wine. The nose is fine, precise and reveals mineral notes, almost chalky.
On the palate, even if we guess the maturity of the fruit, the aromatic sensation remains fresh, almost cutting and finely oaked. With our other premier cru "Rabourcé" this is the second premier cru that we vinify mainly in oak foudres. This is a wine that will happily spend the next ten years in the cellar.
